All patients
undergoing anesthesia in our facility will have basic lab testing performed
onsite the day of surgery (H&H). Patients over the age of 60 will also
need to have a chest x-ray and EKG as required by anesthesia. This will be
an additional expense to you and performed elsewhere. Your insurance may or
may not pay for these tests. We will make arrangements for these tests at
the appropriate facility. Fertile females must bring in a negative home
pregnancy test the morning of surgery. Additional lab testing indicated for
health condition or prescribed medication will be an additional expense.
Pricing applies to persons within ASA category I and II only and does not
apply to patients with latex allergy, family history of MH or seizure
disorder. HIV &/or Hepatitis testing may be required on certain
procedures at additional expense.
