1. Dr. Lamb is a Leader in His Field 

Dr. Jerome Lamb, founder of Healthylooks Medspa, has been in practice in the Kansas City area since 1988. Dr. Lamb is a board certified American Plastic Surgeon. He trained in General Surgery at the prestigious University of Chicago and then completed his Fellowship in Plastic Surgery at Tulane University with a strong emphasis in Aesthetic Surgery under the late Gus Colon, MD, Past President of the American Society of Aesthetic Surgery. He has had an academic appointment with the University of Kansas School of Medicine until 2014, where he supervised the Aesthetic Surgery research of several residents and completed facial anatomic dissections that became the beginnings of his book Facial Volumization: an Anatomic Approach. Dr. Lamb’s research frequently makes front cover on the high impact American journals of Plastic Surgery. He currently supervises resident aesthetic surgery research for several residents at the University of Missouri–Columbia.

Dr. Lamb has held numerous leadership offices in local and regional Plastic Surgery Societies. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He has received numerous awards for his research in Surgical Materials and Aesthetic Surgery on a national level. He is listed as one of the top cosmetic surgeons in Kansas City. He is frequently cited by international, national and regional organizations who recognize the best individuals in their field.

Dr. Lamb and his wife, Carri, founded Healthylooks Medspa in 1998. In 2018, their daughter, Madi, joined the business as the Practice Manager. The Lamb’s have hired a staff of talented and compassionate aesthetic professionals that feel like an extension of their family. The family environment presents a lively, easy-going, and honest energy at the medspa. We strive to make our patients feel at home and, of course, a part of the family.
